I'll admit, I was very hesitant on seeing "My Best Friends Girl" because of the poor reviews that it received. To be honest, I only went to see it because Dane Cook was starring in the film, and he always makes me laugh so I figured that it couldn't be that bad. If it weren't for him, I probably would of settled with "Burn After Reading."
So I went to the movie with very low expectations, and when it was all over I was actually quite surprised on how it wasn't as bad as people were saying it was. Dane Cook was absolutely hilarious and did a very good job on keeping the viewers entertained. Yes it was vulgar and inappropriate at times, but it also had a little romance in it with a solid story to back it up.
It's a fun ride and regardless of the bad reviews, it kept me laughing throughout the whole film. Maybe it's because I have a sick sense of humor I don't know...
