Patty Duke auditioned for the lead role, although was not cast due to a clash with the original director. Daniel Petrie later signed on to direct, but Sally Field already accepted the role. more

Continuity: In the scene where Sybil and Dr. Wilbur are at the piano, Sybil begins playing With a Song in My Heart, however her hands are still on top of the piano when the music begins. more

Get this MOVIE on DVD, PLEASE!!!, 18 March 2002

We have waited long enough! After shelling out $100. for a VHS copy of this movie . . . I think there is a demand for this film. Especially the full version, on DVD! Now is the time! Especially with Sally Field having such popularity on E.R. and now with her own show! People WANT this film! Trust me!!! Please release it on DVD!!!
