This is just an okay Three Stooges outing featuring the lineup of Moe, Curly and Larry. On the positive side, the threesome have a lot of energy and they seem to work very hard for laughs in this one--something you don't see very often in their later shorts. However, there are two major problems with the film. First, in the A-B-C song, it's painfully obvious that Moe and Curly are not really singing the song, as the voices are wrong and the lips are out of sync. Second, while the idea of the three being mistaken for professors is funny, this is an obvious rip-off of the Marx Brothers film, HORSEFEATHERS. While this film is amiable enough, I really feel it's mostly for die-hard fans of the team. My advice is to skip this one and look for HORSEFEATHERS--one of the very best and funniest Marx Brothers films.

FYI--This film was directed by the great silent and sound film comedian, Charley Chase (also known as Charles Parrott).
